Our highly qualified team consisting of molecular biologists, geneticists, physicians, bioinformaticians and technicians is profoundly experienced in all varieties of Next-Generation Sequencing applications. Attributable to our broad and longstanding expertise and high technological standard, we can optimize the most suitable application exclusively for your project, ensuring the efficient and effective use of your investment.

Founded in 2001, the service provider MFT Services (founded in 2001) and the Core Unit for Applied Genomics Tübingen (founded in 2008) were merged in 2015 into c.ATG.

In 2018, c.ATG was constituted by the DFG one of four German NGS competence centers. Of course, our service will stay at the same high quality as ever. Thanks to the grant, we are now able to provide even more standardized services, such as automated nucleic acid extraction and sequencing with higher output at lower per-sample costs on our two Illumina NovaSeq6000 devices.
